The Alicante Deliverability Summit is being held in a central location in Alicante City Center. We have secured a 4* Hotel and the exact location will be shared imminently.

The venue is a short walk from the Alicante Terminal train station and can be easily accessed from Alicante (or Valencia) Airport.

At this time we are working hard to make this possible.

Yes we use the festians platform. Managed by emailexpert it is the always on year round online community for professionals in email, marketing and advertising.

There are dedicated channels only open to Deliverability Summit delegates. The platform enables you to talk in the delegate channel and interact directly and privately with other delegates.


The 2024 Alicante Deliverability Summit is happening on May 30th and 31st 2024. We will have optional networking activities the preceding day and after the event on June the 1st.

There is another Deliverability Summit scheduled for 2024 in Amsterdam NL on April 11th and 12th 2024.

Anyone is able to join the Deliverability Summit. Full Professional members of emailexpert are being provided free tickets to the event subject to availability.

Payment is by credit card handled via Stripe. Alternatively we can raise an invoice for payment by bank transfer.

Yes, there are several hotels and accommodations available in central Alicante. Here are a small selection within a ten minute walk of the venue:

Yes, there will be provisions for lunch and refreshment breaks during the summit.

We welcome participation and submissions for presentations and discussions.

Activities are subject to availability and include activities designed to allow anyone, even introverts and others the opportunity to participate in group activities and find the opportunity for natural networking opportunities.

Yes your welcome to bring a guest, partner or colleague to social activities although this is dependant on space, availability and a charge for some activities.

There are no refunds available for a no show. However we are extremely flexible in ensuring that you can transfer benefits up to the last practical moment.

You can cancel attending of Deliverability Summit and transfer the complimentary ticket to another event of your choice up to 2 weeks before the event.

You can transfer your ticket to another member in good standing (including a free member) free of charge up to 72 hours before the event. In special circumstances this may be accommodated up to 24 hours before the event.

We try and offset the considerable extra expenses that are incurred by making content available online. If we fail to raise enough through online ticket sales there is a risk future events will not be hybrid or at least not as extensive a range of content made available online.
